APEJ (Asia/Pacific Excluding Japan) IT Services Forecast, Country Breakdown 2010:
PRC (24%)
Australia (23%)
Korea (14%)
India (13%)
New Zealand (4%)
Singapore (4%)
Malaysia (4%)
Hong Kong (3%)
IDC predicts 2010 is the year that the PRC will overtake Australia to be the largest opportunity for IT Services provision in the marketplace. Additionally, on current projections, in 2011, it is forecast that India will overtake Korea to become the third largest market in the region.

SECURITY SOFTWARE MARKET ASIA/PACIFIC
According to results from IDC's Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) Semiannual Security Software Tracker, the security software market in Asia/Pacific totaled US$805 millions in 2005. This represents a growth of more than 23% year-over-year.
Continued growth is expected in the security software market in the next 5 years, with India, PRC and Malaysia leading the growth. However, Australia is expected to remain the largest market in the region until 2010.
