WLAN | MOBILE SERVICES IN SINGAPORE
In Singapore, you can enjoy free wireless broadband access at the Airport, Suntec city and Coffee Bean outlets when you roam with StarHub. Getting UserID and Password is simple: dial *9434. If you roam with SingTel, dial *624 for the wireless surf zones and *186 for WiFi or Dialup Free ID and password.
Both StarHub and SingTel offer a service called "Local Direct Call" or "Local Direct Dial". The service allows 2 foreigners in Singapore to make IDD-free calls to each others when roaming on their networks. Just dial #0(country code)(mobile no).
